Post Project Survey

A survey will be sent out by the SD2C and HSC Cores asking PIs/Clients/Partners how the SD2C performed in their duties as a core facility. It is highly recommended that interested parties fill out these as it helps gather feedback for furthering the direction of the SD2C.
