Install instructions

Download from the link on our website (Training/Resources from the DNA Sequencing Page).

Unzip the download

Install K2 Client first

Add the number 155.101.153.88 to the "Server" field when it comes up after install

Move the .lic file that downloaded in the zip file to somewhere you know where to find it (like your documents folder)

Install Sequencher.  It will ask if you have a license, tell it you do.

Point Sequencher to the .lic file you just moved above.

It may take quite a while to do the initial connection depending on the network.  After the first time, this should be very fast going forward.

Note:  This MUST be used on a campus network.  If you are using it from home, you MUST use the campus VPN or you will not be able to access the license.
