How to Join the SD2C Penpot Design Boards
Follow these simple steps to accept an invitation and join the SD2C Penpot Design Boards
What You Need
- An invitation email (a university of business related email address is preferred)
- A computer or phone with internet
- A browser other than your default one
Default (or your preferred used) browsers will give you a caching error on sign-in, however if you open a cognito or private browser, you can sign in successfully. We are currently testing and working on the fix for this.
Step 1: Connect to the University of Utah VPN
- Using the device you’d like to connect to the VPN, visit https://vpn.utah.edu to install GlobalProtect (if you’re using a university-managed device, it may be necessary to contact your local IT desktop support staff).
- Select the GlobalProtect agent for your computer (Windows 32bit, Windows 64bit, or Mac 32/64).
- Once the msi/pkg file has been downloaded, launch the file to install.
- If prompted, enter vpn.utah.edu as your portal address.
- Rebooting your computer after installation is recommended.
- Duo 2FA users will receive an authentication prompt on their Duo-registered mobile device.
- The username is your uNID.

- If connection is not successful, check the https://uofu.status.io/ for VPN status
