    Click on the "Manage" icon in the top bar

    ManageApprovalsIconClick.png Click on the button for the group that has the order to be approved
    ManageApprovalsGroupClick.png Click on the order row you wish to approve
    OrderApprovalRowClick.png Click on the "Exclude" button
