Multi-Facility Charge Allocations 
 
 Create the transaction under the initial facility. 
 Allocate the charge 
 Change the transaction owning facility to the contributing facility 
 Create a new charge allocation row and select the desired account. 
 Save the allocation 
 Change the transaction owner BACK to the initial facility.
